Led display-related data of the simple calculation method

Pixel pitch

The center distance between each pixel point and its adjacent pixel point.

Each pixel can be a LED light (1R), two LED lights (2R), three LED lights (2R1G1B).

P10 point spacing of 10mm; P12 point spacing of 12mm ... ...

Number of display points

Points = long (or high) ÷ point spacing

Such as: P10, 15 meters long, 3 meters high screen

Long points = 15000mm ÷ 10mm = 1500 points

High points = 3000mm ÷ 10mm = 300 points

The number of modules used by the screen body

Use the number of modules = total area ÷ module length ÷ module height

Such as: 6 square meters of P10 outdoor LED screen (module 0.32 m × 0.16 m)

Use the number of modules = 6m2 ÷ 0.32m ÷ 0.16m = 117 blocks

More accurate calculation method:

Use the number of modules = length using the number of modules × height using the number of modules

Such as: 3 meters long, 2 meters high P10led display using the number of modules

Long use module number = 3m ÷ 0.32m = 9.375 ≈ 10 block

High number of modules used = 2m ÷ 0.16m = 12.5 ≈ 13 blocks

Use the total number of modules = 10 × 13 = 130 blocks

Led display line of sight

Minimal, can show the distance of the smooth image:

Visual distance (mm) = pixel pitch × 1000

The viewer can see the distance of the highly clear picture:

Best viewing distance (mm) = pixel pitch x 3000

Farthest distance = center of the screen body from the ground height (m) × 30 (times)

Such as: P10led display, screen center 12 meters from the ground

Visual distance = 10 × 1000 = 10000mm = 10m

The best line of sight = 10 × 3000 = 30000mm = 30m

The maximum distance = 12 × 30 = 360m
