1, anti-static

3, design current value

4, mixed lights

6, thermal design


    LED work will be fever, the temperature is too high will affect the decay rate and stability of the LED, so PCB thermal design, ventilation and cooling cabinet design will affect the performance of LED.


7, Weld control


    LED display appears in the LED is not bright, there are often more than 50% probability of various types of Weld caused, such as the LED pin Weld, IC pin Weld, Pai Pai Weld and so on. The improvement of these issues needs to be strictly solved by improving the technology and strengthening the quality inspection. Vibration test before leaving the factory is a good test method.


8, drive circuit design


    The layout of the drive circuit board driver ICs on the display module also affects the brightness of the LEDs. As the driver IC output current on the PCB board transmission distance is too far, will make the transmission path pressure drop is too large, affecting the LED's normal operating voltage causes its brightness to decrease. We often find the LED display module around the lower brightness than the middle, is the reason. Therefore, to ensure the consistency of the display brightness, it is necessary to design a good drive circuit profile.
